Prof. Wang Yonggui was Invited to Give a Speech in SME

On October 22, Room 202 of the Graduate Building, Prof.Yonggui Wang , from International Business School of Foreign Trade University, was invited to give am academic report about "From customer relationship management to customer innovation management(CIM)". Wang’s talked about the transformation from the CRM to the CIM, the analysis and management of customer innovation and relevant researches. Wang shared his latest research achievements in the field of marketing. Taking Tetra Pak and China Merchants Bank for example, he described the ultimate goal of customer relationship management and discussed the business needs of the customer hierarchy. Wang and the students had a good mutual communications. He encouraged students to read literature in English, focus on keen observations, and wider adopting the materials from other related academic fields in order to continually enhance the scientific research and academic ability.
